HOW TO USE THE GF-07 GPS MINI TRACKER :

1. Insert SIM and microSD Card

Open the device and insert a 2G-enabled GSM SIM card (standard size) with SMS/call credit and no PIN lock. If you want to use the recording feature, insert a microSD card (up to 16GB). The device powers on automatically. A red light will flash briefly, then turn off to indicate readiness.

2. Activate the Device

If this is your first time using the tracker, send the following SMS to the SIM number inside the device:

This resets and activates the tracker for command input.

3. Bind Your Phone Number

To control the tracker from your phone, send:

You’ll receive a confirmation SMS that your number has been successfully linked.

4. Real-Time Location Tracking

To request the device’s current location, send:

The tracker replies with a Google Maps link showing its approximate position. Note: location accuracy depends on nearby cell towers and may vary from 50 meters to 1000 meters.

5. Listen to Surrounding Sounds

Call the SIM number inside the tracker directly. The device answers silently and lets you hear surrounding activity in real time.

6. Enable Sound-Triggered Callback

Send the following SMS command:

If the device detects noise louder than 40dB, it will automatically call your phone.

7. Start Voice Recording

Send:

The device will begin recording ambient sound and store the audio files on the inserted microSD card.

8. Reset and Cleanup Commands

To restart the device: 999

To reset completely: 444

To delete all audio files on the SD card: 445

9. (Optional) Set APN for Internet-Based Tracking

Only for advanced users with compatible apps. To set the APN for your SIM provider, send a command like:

Check with your mobile provider for the correct APN settings.

IMPORTANT NOTES :

The GF-07 does not have a GPS chip. It relies on cell tower location (LBS), which provides approximate positioning.

Only works with 2G GSM SIM cards. Not compatible with 3G, 4G, or 5G-only networks.

Make sure the SIM card has enough SMS and voice credit for communication.

Always ensure the device is fully charged before deployment.
