1. Return Policy (7-Day Return Period)
We offer a 7-day return period from the date of delivery for most products purchased from Fairprice Mall. You may return your items within this timeframe if:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or faulty upon arrival.
  • You received the wrong item(s).

Conditions for Returns:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided to complete the return.
  • Certain items, including perishable goods, personalized products, or hygiene-related items, are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.

2. Refund Policy (4-Day Refund Period)
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund. A refund will be issued within 4 business days from the date the return is approved. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Conditions for Refunds:

  • If the returned product meets the above conditions, we will issue a full refund for the product cost.
  • If a refund is requested after the 7-day return period, it will not be accepted.

3. How to Return an Item: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Exchanges are available for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the same return procedure, and we will assist you in selecting a suitable replacement.

5. Exceptions & Exclusions

  • Products on sale or clearance may not be eligible for returns or refunds.
  • Custom-made, personalized, or perishable items are excluded from the return and refund policy unless they are defective.
