The integrated air pump introduces air into the product during dispensing, helping create a lighter, fluffier soft-serve texture while potentially reducing the amount of mix required per serving.

The machine features a 3.8L hopper and two 1.8L freezing cylinders, with a production capacity of approximately 20–28 litres per hour, making it suitable for busy ice cream shops, restaurants, cafés, hotels, dessert businesses, and events.

A built-in hopper agitator continuously mixes the product to help maintain consistent quality, while the integrated temperature display allows you to monitor the hopper and freezing-cylinder temperatures.
